Location Scouting

1) Sunderland City Centre:

My first potential location is the Sunderland City Centre. The reason why this location is one of the potential locations is because it is simply one of the most popular and well known places in Sunderland, there is a tone of space to film or using it as background for a print advert. The only problem that I might have with this location is people will probably not appreciate me taking pictures or film without their permission so I will probably have to reconsider of me filming the city centre while some people might not appreciate of me taking a photo of the city centre.

2) Wearmouth Bridge:

Another potential candidate to be the background of my print advert is the Wearmouth Bridge because it is probably the most photographed places in Sunderland due to its surroundings, the bridge especially looks really beautiful at night when the lights of lamp posts in both top and bottom of the bridge and nearby apartment makes the bridge more eye-catching. Personally I don't think I will have any problems of taking photos of the bridge as no one will bother me.

3) Mowbray Park:

Mowbray Park is another good choice because of the lake and the trees surrounding it. People go there all the time and near the park there is a glass building, inside there is museum about different kind of plants. Mowbray Park is going to be the closest candidate to be my background of my print advert, I think the glass building blends really well with the trees and the lake and I think it will be perfect for my print advert so it can attract audience to come to Sunderland. The only issue that I'm probably going to get is the exact same thing as the first location as the park will have people that don't want to be shown on camera but I have to make sure that I only get the lake and glass building without a passer by.

4) Stadium of Light:

One last location that could potential be added to my print advert is the Stadium of Light. Football is one the most popular sport in Sunderland, even though Sunderland AFC currently play in League One the stadium is still one of the most iconic places in the city and also is one of the symbols in Sunderland. I don't think I will have any problems taking photos of the stadium as everyone can take pictures without any problems at all.
